1. Scope of Personal Styling Services

KÉSHA provides personal styling, silhouette diagnostics, wardrobe auditing, and digital lookbook curation. We do not manufacture clothing directly unless enrolled in custom bridal or bespoke tailoring programs.

2. Independent Sourcing & Retail Purchases

Clients retain 100% discretion regarding any third-party garment purchases recommended during consultations. We do not warrant third-party designer return windows, though our concierge assists with sizing coordination.

3. Rescheduling & Atelier Appointments

In-person appointments in Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, or Mumbai may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Virtual sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
